Our in-house team can offer a complete range of engineering, master planning and site design services and represent our clients in both commercial and residential development. We have worked with state and county agencies as well as in the private community in supplying NY custom homes, new construction and site planning, and property management. In addition we specialize in services such as Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports and oil tank remediation, asbestos, mold and soil remediation.
